1. Close all open programs and turn off your virus protection.

2. Select download tab. Choose Windows or Mac and click on the link.
( Mac users: Double click on the icon once it appears on your desktop.)

3. In the File Download window, select Save or Run.
NOTE: If an Internet security warning displays, click Yes or Run.

4. In the Welcome window, click Next.

5. In the Choose Destination Location window, click Next to use the recommended
default Destination folder location: C:\Program Files\WPORTAL. Click Next.

6. In the Choose Connection Type window, select Network Connection, and then click
Next.

7. Enter the information required for the selected connection type in the Network
Connection Settings window and then click Next.

• Host Address: novanet5.nn.com
• Portal Number: 3262

8. In the Setup Type window, choose or select Typical.

9. In the Customize Portal Settings window, select Enable sign on in title and then
click Next.

10. Select Yes in the Print Option window, and then click Next.

11. Click OK in the QuickTime recommendation popup.

12. Click Install on the Ready to Install the Program window. Depending on the speed
of the Internet connection, the installation could take 1.5 - 4 hours to complete.

13. Click Finish in the Setup Completed window.

14. Select Restart my Computer in the Installation Completed window, then click
Finish. The workstation must be restarted for the NovaNET software to run
properly.
